Artist Financial Program (AFP) was created under the pretense of giving financial power back to the independent recording artist. This is important to the executives at AFP because we, ourselves, have been victim to the never changing problem that exists in our industry – artists going broke after they have dedicated their lives to the music business.
This problem persists because artists are creatives and aren’t being taught how to be savvy with their money.
AFP seeks to change this problem forever by not only providing financial information to independent artists, globally, that will help them become more savvy business people with in the music space, but also providing YOU with all of the resources and tools you need to take your music career to the next level.
Consider this the beginning of the end of your financial hardships, recording artists!
Here is an example of a plot of land we purchased in Nashville and plan to develop in to a small community…with your help of course:
Through a real estate partnership with Kensington International, Artist Financial Program gives recording artists a chance to leverage our years of real estate development experience to achieve a financial advance towards your music career upfront, earn additional revenue in the most solid and lucrative business in the world – Real Estate Development, while simultaneously owning your own masters and publishing.
When buying property, our focus is to purchase & rehab low to mid range Multi-family and Single-Family properties in hot markets around the country. Currently, we are buying property and land in some of the fastest growing urban markets around the country – including Nashville, Newark, Philadelphia, with plans to expand into several other markets over the next 5 years.
Our strategy when purchasing property is to buy in markets where, even if the housing market collapsed, we’d still have an opportunity to turn our developments into rental properties giving us a chance to continue to make our clients money even in a down economy.”When the housing market is down, it means people aren’t buying homes. It doesn’t mean people aren’t renting them.”
Through our current partnership with HGtv, we are happy to announce that all of our real estate projects in Nashville air on the Television series, “Flip or Flop Nashville”. Here is a clip of one of our properties – “The Franklin House”
Recording Artists, it’s time for you to begin to take control of your financial destiny. We look forward to working with you here at the Artist Financial Program!
